Day 29 of 29: T'shuvah is More Than an Action. It is a Habit.

There is a teaching that each of us should do t'shuvah one day before we die. Since we do not know when this day will come, in order to follow it, we must perform t'shuvah every single day.

The goal of Elul is to make the actions of t'shuvah habitual. We should not only focus on its importance during these days leading up to the High Holidays, but on each day of our lives.

This year, let us commit ouselves to this task, and to this habit.
